I had complete engine failure in my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 (6.2L). I contacted Abe the day after it happened to explain the issues I was experiencing. Just by the symptoms I explained, he already knew the root of the problem. I felt reassured to pursue having Bob's Imports fix this for me. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional. I was told best and worst case scenario pricing and I was able to see my truck torn apart to see broken pieces inside the engine. Absolutely best mechanic in Dewitt County.
They got my car done faster than a F1 pitstop and at a reasonable price. I had to drop off and pick up after hours and they took care of it smooth as silk. Nice, friendly customer service that was much appreciated.
